forklift driver
Responsibility
- managing a small team of accounts staff
- improve and maintain all internal procedures
- preparation of Monthly Profit and Loss Account including Prior year, Budget vs. Actual for month and YTD
- cash Flow Forecast – Follow up and justify – Review Actual V Forecast to improve future months forecasts
- accountable for ensuring all Invoices are distributed in line with dispatch notes
- accountable for ensuring supplier statements are checked and discrepancies followed up
- monthly Balance Sheet Report – To include all Month End Reconciliations for each balance sheet line items – Debtors, Creditors, Banks, Advances Received, Maintenance in Advance etc
- prepare supplier payment files and ensure all suppliers are paid according to terms in order to maintain and improve company credit rating
Requirements
- finance Qualification
- at least 3 years’ experience in a relevant and similar position
- experience of working within a Manufacturing environment is desirable
- problem Solver and ability to take initiative
- ability to work as part of a team and build strong working relationships
- management Leadership and Coaching Experience
- prior experience of introducing new processes and procedures
- accounting: 3 years
