Responsibility
- lead and develop a team of electrical and mechanical engineers. Ensuring that industry best practice is adhered to
- allocating tasks and ensuring preventative maintenance process are completed and documented
- develop and update maintenance procedures appropriate for current and new assets
- carry out inspections of the assets and facilities to identify and resolve issues
- plan and oversee repair and installation activities
- monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
- monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
Requirements
- A background within manufacturing, ideally within food
- have an established background in engineering leadership
- strong working knowledge around Planned Preventative Maintenance Systems
- A degree qualification, similar vocation or be time served
- ideally you will be multiskilled
- manufacturing: 3 years
- management: 3 years
- engineering: 3 years
