Responsibility
- team Leader – Care & Support of young adults with learning disabilities & Autism
- ‘Non contact’ hours are working directly with support staff to carry out mentoring, coaching and supervising
- to mentor, support and supervise support staff and report to management
- to oversee support staff induction and training, and report to management
- to ensure that key tasks across the shifts & services are completed, across all areas of the services
- to carry out duties as part of the ‘on call’ system – shared with the managers & other team leaders
- whilst your ‘team leader’ tasks and responsibilities will apply during all of your working hours, you will be expected to work a mixture of both ‘contact’ hours and ‘non contact’ hours – ‘contact’ hours are working directly with both service users and colleagues
- an ‘on call’ phone will be provided for this purpose
