Responsibility
- responsible for allocated events stock, liaising with venue account managers to ensure all bookings are placed
- support the Senior Operations Manager in the development of new processes in order to improve operational performance, CS and CX
- identify and action post client feedback to understand areas for improvement in conjunction with points which must be maintained
- attending a variety of sporting events, pre, during and post to ensure they are set-up, delivered and closed down to the highest possible standard, working closely with the event staff and management
- develop and mentor both the Senior Operations Executive and Operations Executive, specifically focusing on personal and professional development
- liaising and meeting clients during events, acting as the face of the company and key point of contact for our clients during the event
- identify potential new business growth opportunities in partnership with the Head of Operations
- meet with key account managers biannually to brief / debrief events and maintain good working relationships
Requirements
- previous operations experience within corporate hospitality/sports or events, highly desirable
- customer experience / customer services – essential
- multi-tasking and prioritising come naturally
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- to be able to work effectively independently as well as part of a small team on a variety of projects
- ability to work in a challenging, pressured environment, with a resilient mindset
- operations: 1 year
