Requirements

- experience of working in an ecommerce environment or similar
- experience in using ecommerce content management systems
- previous experience of copywriting
- any experience of digital artwork design would be an advantage
- excellent planning and organisational skills
- excellent telephone manners to manage customer queries
- good IT Skills and understanding of the Internet and eCommerce
Education
- diploma of Higher Education
Responsibility
- process daily orders from the Website, Telephone and Social Media
- manage the dispatch of Web Orders via our Couriers and Store Collections
- manage Customer Helpline for all eCommerce related enquiries
- assist with the processing and uploading of products and other content to the website
- ensure impeccable presentation of products online, including imagery, product details and attributes
- create Marketing Artwork for In-Store and Online Platforms
- write creative and unique product descriptions
- maintain accurate stock levels on our inventory system
