- cordius are working with an established law firm that employs over 230 members of staff within the midlands across 5 offices
- they currently have a vacancy in their Probate department at Derby for an experienced Legal Secretary
- audio and copy typing

- digital dictation, generating third party correspondence, emails, and Court documents
- handling enquiries from clients and relevant professionals
- diary maintenance
- drafting, reviewing, and maintaining legal documentation
- submission of Public Funding Applications to allow for representation of clients

- liaising directly with clients, their families, and various other professionals
- attendance on telephone
- managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating with clients
- assisting the Fee Earner when taking full instructions from clients and the ongoing review of files
