Requirements
- planning, designing, monitoring and inspecting electrical systems
- advising clients, architects and other consultants on matters relating to building services and interdisciplinary matters
- making life-cycle decisions about existing systems equipment and the appropriate location of new equipment
- designing systems with the aid of computer-aided design software such as Autocad, Revit and Electrical calculation software
- overseeing and supervising the installation of building systems throughout the construction phase of a project
- ensuring that the design of the proposed building services meets legislative and health and safety requirements
- electrical Building Services design Engineers: 2 years
- meeting manufacturers of M&E plant/equipment to keep up-to-date with the latest products
