- construction Certification is a booking agent and training provider for the construction industry
- effectively supervising the team including, training, upskilling and onboarding new hires
- managing team rota's and schedules
- working with the team to increase and optimise operational efficiencies
- we are a fast growing technology and e-commerce company, offering a platform for construction industry related qualifications and training, to help people that work on construction sites in the UK
- tracking operational and company efficiency metrics overtime
- optimise employee workflows and information sharing between team members to increase efficiencies
- implement changes to optimise employee work flows, internal systems and back office functions for the company
Requirements
- use of customer service software such as Zendesk or similar
- experienced in customer service
- 2 years plus supervisory experience. Supervising teams of over 5 staff
- exposure to supervising teams virtually
- excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
- strong organisational skills
- proven operations management experience within an office/technology or e-commerce environment
- excellent computer skills including Office
