Requirements
- ideally have worked as a registered nurse but not essential
- minimum 2 years Occupational Health Experience
- willingness to learn and acquire new skills
- evidence of appropriate knowledge base
- experience in implementing protocols and clinical guidelines
- clinical skills – immunization and vaccination, triage
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work unsupervised
Responsibility
- you will work collaboratively with the whole clinic team to meet the needs of clients, supporting the delivery and procedures. Responsible for triages, medical stock management and implementing and reviewing policies and procedures
- participate in management meetings, taking on responsibilities and reporting back as required
- attend and contribute to relevant internal and external meetings as required including clinic team meetings and company meetings
- ensuring safe storage, rotation and disposals of vaccines and drugs and that adequate stock levels are maintained
- ensure all data protection requirements are met when gathering, recording and storing patient data
