Requirements

- you will be expected to pursue your own professional development in line with your bespoke training plan, this includes an expectation to develop technical knowledge of pensions and investments
- we require at least 1 years’ experience in financial services and the candidate should have completed at least one Diploma Level exam, preferably RO1 or equivalent
- the candidate will be required to complete a CII study programme towards the CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning which will be supported by the company
Responsibility
- responding to calls, emails and correspondence from clients and third parties
- the creation and ongoing maintenance of client files
- liaising with the team daily by providing full support to other team members and working collaboratively on client specific and company development projects
- completion of paperwork and documentation for the setting up of new products
