- take on the role of a confirmer, to look through the evidence that the nurse or midwife has collected to prove they have met each of the revalidation requirements
- you will promote best practices and provide professional advice to the home care team, promoting good relationships and liaising with colleagues from other disciplines both internally and externally
- first Point of contact for Trust and private healthcare providers wishing to raise concerns, and meeting with clients and nurses as required
- attending local resolution meetings and preparing minutes
- managing a caseload of complaints independently and without direct supervision with the exception of complex cases which require senior-level long-term support
- advising on complex needs care assessments if applicable
- undertake any other duties required to effectively support the growth and expansion of the Business
- liaising internally and externally to collate the necessary information to investigate and resolve complaints within the agreed timescales set out by Concept Care policies, NHS and CQC
Requirements
- qualified Nurse
- valid registration on NMC
- band 6/7 Qualified Nurse with current registration with NMC
