Responsibility
- management of the Sales Ledger and Billing team and responsible for delegation, prioritisation, and supervision of tasks and projects
- provision of monthly reporting on revenue and billing and other ad-hoc reports/projects as required
- communication and collaboration with the business to ensure seamless fulfilment of the order-to-cash cycle
- JOB TITLE: Sales Ledger & Billing Manager
- liaison with the senior management team to develop and troubleshoot processes to ensure the accuracy of billing and reporting
- OFFICE BASE: Edinburgh, Newbridge
- responsible for carrying out month end bill runs, including importing and reconciling supplier CDRs, leading the team on preparation and delivery
- maintenance of good relationships with Key Clients
Requirements
- experience of NetSuite, aBILLity - desirable
- you must have experience of Telecoms billing, including loading and reconciliation of supplier CDRs
- you will be commercially astute, possess excellent communication skills and have strong attention to detail
- you will be able to handle pressure and manage your time effectively
- proven work experience as a Sales Ledger /Billing Manager or similar role
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- good understanding of collection practices and laws
- excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills
