- we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Commercial Trading Scheme Underwriter to join our MGA Business
- our extensive network of 650 broker partners across the UK helps us sell these products through our cutting-edge online trading platform

- meeting strategic growth plans through writing profitable New Business and Renewals, achieving set targets
- support the Commercial Trading Scheme Underwriter lead and Head of Underwriting in the profitable development of broker and insurer accounts
- support the Head of Underwriting in the profitable development of broker and insurer accounts
- utilise a high level of underwriting authority granted by the HoU to act as a technical referral point for scheme business
Requirements
- ideally Cert CII or progress towards completion
- ideally Dip CII or progress towards completion
- good knowledge of underwriting principles and practice
- very good knowledge of underwriting principles and practice
- cert CII or progress toward completion
- good relevant experience of the commercial insurance industry
- significant relevant experience of the commercial insurance industry
- good risk analysis and technical skills
