Responsibility

  • monitor and supervise swimmers to ensure their safety and well-being
  • enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment
  • respond quickly and effectively to any emergencies or incidents that may arise
  • administer first aid and perform CPR as necessary
  • maintain a clean and organized pool area
  • provide excellent customer service to all patrons

Requirements

  • must have current lifeguard certification
  • strong swimming skills and knowledge of water safety protocols
  • ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
