Responsibility
- we are recruiting a self-driven, motivated candidate for the role of Quality and Compliance Administrator
- the role can be 4/5 days a week, hybrid working with 3 days in the office
- we have two bases, one in Slough and another in Rotherham you would be attending the office closest to you
- actively support external audits and accreditations
- administer all policies, procedures, risk assessments, operating procedures
- carry out regular audits of our policies and procedures
- re-structure the Quality Management System section, into an intuitive document management system, and actively administer and keep updated
- administer and further develop the established Quality Management System through SharePoint
Requirements
- quality and SharePoint background
- experience of working in a regulated sector
- experience of service operations, this could be logistics, medical, health, NHS
- experience with cloud based platforms
- experience of working with document management systems
- excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- ability to work independently and in a team environment
- ability to adapt
