Working hours

  • full-time | Part-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • we are recruiting a self-driven, motivated candidate for the role of Quality and Compliance Administrator
  • the role can be 4/5 days a week, hybrid working with 3 days in the office
  • we have two bases, one in Slough and another in Rotherham you would be attending the office closest to you
  • actively support external audits and accreditations
  • administer all policies, procedures, risk assessments, operating procedures
  • carry out regular audits of our policies and procedures
  • re-structure the Quality Management System section, into an intuitive document management system, and actively administer and keep updated
  • administer and further develop the established Quality Management System through SharePoint

Requirements

  • quality and SharePoint background
  • experience of working in a regulated sector
  • experience of service operations, this could be logistics, medical, health, NHS
  • experience with cloud based platforms
  • experience of working with document management systems
  • excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • ability to adapt
