- ✓Implement cost effective recruitment strategies and tactics underpinned by comprehensive market research as determined by the Strategic Recruitment Plan
- ✓ Manage recruitment budgets for assigned markets with a view to optimizing student recruitment activity
- ✓ Develop strong relationships with recruiting agents promoting study at LPC
- ✓ Work cooperatively and collaboratively with the wider UoPL and UoP Global teams
- ✓ Create and maintain all marketing files in collaboration with the UoPL Marketing team
Requirements
- educated to degree level or with equivalent professional experience in a sales/support environment
