- we are a well-established, Estate Agency in Ealing with experience extending back over 30 years
- we specialise in Estate Management and Property Management and have award-winning Sales and Lettings departments
- we are Ealing’s leading, independent Estate Management and Property Management companies
- we are now recruiting and require a full time Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiatorto join our Sales and Lettings Department
- setting up and conducting viewings with prospective tenants and buyers and provide feedback to the Landlords
- oversee all aspects of sales and lettings, ensuring regulations are adhered to
- booking and organising viewings
- ensuring all viewings are followed up and feedback provided to manager

Requirements
- full UK driving license
- excellent professional telephone manner
- proven Sales and Lettings Negotiator experience
- strong interpersonal skills
- ARLA qualified - preferable
- strong and effective communication and administration skills
- friendly and positive attitude; able to use own initiative
- highly organised with excellent attention to detail
