- screen, interview, and select suitable candidates to meet project specifications and skill requirements
- staffing and Recruitment: Identify staffing needs based on upcoming and ongoing mechanical projects
- communicate regularly with project managers and site supervisors regarding staffing status and any issues
- act as a liaison between the workforce, management, and clients to ensure smooth operations
