- our journey began with McCracken’s bar, on the historic Joys Entry, which we lovingly restored and relaunched as the award-winning Henrys & The Jailhouse
- manage training & development for staff within the venue
- continuing in this tradition we have went on to bring a new lease of life to many historic pubs and grow the group through Pug Uglys, Margot, Fountain Lane, Whites Tavern, The Bone Yard, and most recently Whites Garden, Beerhall & Store
- maintain high standards of customer service
- from gastro pubs steeped in history and bursting with culture and traditional music, to elegant cocktail bars or niche outdoor spaces the Clover Group prides itself on bringing Belfast unique offerings that are carefully curated from conception to creation
- manage deliveries, stock & GPs with the company Stock Controller
- the Clover Group aims to be a leader in providing the world-renowned warmth of Irish hospitality through distinctive and relative venues, to build relationships, community, and be award winning in everything we do
- with plans to continually expand, we look froward to bringing more restorations, concepts & experiences to the Northern Irish hospitality scene & it's guests
- take responsibility for all financial aspects of the business
- manage technology software & equipment withing venue
- the Clover Group: The Clover Group was founded in 2017 with a philosophy to regenerate and restore some of Belfast’s most well-loved and historic establishments, breathing new life into old spaces
- comply, manage & keep up to date with licensing legislation
- enforce health & safety & fire safety procedures
- oversee all aspects of service for food & beverage
- ensure legal requirments are adhered too and implemented probperly
- implement and ensure that a Health, Hygiene & Safety Policy is met always
- ensure cash procedures are adhered to and strictly monitored, including preparation and calculation of beverage bills within all departments, and cashing up of tills
- develop & maintain relationships with suppliers & brands
- comply with company standard operating procedures, health and safety, fire regulations & law
- undertake any other reasonable request as directed by a member of the Management Team
- oversee entertainment within the venue
Requirements
- at least two years of management experience in a high-volume hospitality preferred
- bar management: 3 years
