Responsibility
you will achieve individual and departmental targets
being an escalation point for key client contacts and seeing through any complaints
advising clients on car policy issues
as an Account Manager at CLM , you will deliver excellent customer service and establish close working relationships with the client base
you will provide proactive account management to new and existing clients and communicate effectively across the business to ensure clients’ expectations are met/exceeded
producing minutes and following up on action points
preparing client presentations, where appropriate
working with 3rd party partners to present services to clients that enhance the CLM product offering
Requirements
A self-starter with excellent organisational and people skills
knowledge of effective fleet policies from operational viability/desirability, cost and risk perspectives, including addressing client environmental/emissions targets
ability to understand client and business requirements
proven track record in a targeted/objectives-based role
good with data and reporting using bespoke systems, databases, and spreadsheets
client retention
excellent presentation skills, ability to articulate solutions, not just features, and sell and convert opportunities to do business
implementation of new clients
