Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- to competently provide mortgage and protection advice to clients, whilst adhering to FCA rules and our Firms policies and procedures
- you will be responsible for providing independent advice and making recommendations from the Whole of Market
- keeping up to date with mortgage deals, products, technical or legislative changes within the marketplace
- complying at all times with the compliance and training and competence procedures of our firm
- identifying and contacting potential clients. Gathering sufficient client information and identifying client needs
- analysing information gathered and undertaking sufficient research to make suitable mortgage and protection recommendations
- completing all supporting documentation in an accurate and compliant manner
- you will have the opportunity to work remotely from home and will have the flexibility to control your own diary and working hours
Requirements
- hold CeMAP or similar industry-recognised qualification
- be an ambitious, driven and a self-motivated individual
- ideally you will have an existing client bank, although this is not essential
- the ability to generate your own business is a must
- have a minimum of 24 months mortgage advising experience within a brokerage
- have a consistent track record of achieving your goals within your current role
- be proactive and self-motivated
