- qualifications in AC, Engineering, construction management, or a related field
- proven experience as a project manager in the air conditioning or HVAC industry
- strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, components, and installation processes
- good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- experience in project management software and tools would be advantageous but not essential
- ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- PMP or related project management certification is a plus
Responsibility
- resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources, including labour, equipment, and materials to meet project requirements while staying within budget
- quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of workmanship and compliance with industry regulations
- cost Control: Monitor project expenses and budgets, making adjustments as necessary to keep projects on track financially
- project Planning: Help Develop project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation, to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively
- safety Compliance: Promote and enforce strict safety protocols, ensuring the well-being of all project personnel and compliance with safety regulations
- team Leadership: Work with project teams, providing guidance, direction to ensure all team members are aligned with project goals and timelines
