Requirements
- previous experience in supervising and managing refurbishment projects
- experienced in working in occupied environments
- valid SMSTS certificate
- ability to interpret drawings and specifications
- work towards tight deadlines and programming skills and reporting processes
- ability to oversee and manage all Health and Safety procedures and processes
- knowledge and understanding of site procedures and practices
- ability to effectively manage and communicate with a team and the Client
