- clarke Maintenance Services are looking to recruit another Maintenance Electrician due to continuing growth
- the successful candidate will be required to work across the Northwest of England on various types of client properties, these sites range from Social Landlords, Licensed Premises, Schools, Offices, commercial units and much more so a vast and varied knowledge of different locations is essential along with knowledge and experience of reactive maintenance, quoted works / installations and Planned Preventative Maintenance
- ability to think fast, be a problem solver not a creator and have the eye for high end detail, this along with being able to keep clients happy are some of the key ingredients we look for in an engineer
Requirements
- full UK Driving License
- have own tools
- be Organised and literate
- have experience of using a Job Management System
- possess strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical personnel
- be a problem solver
- must be able to take direction / instruction from various levels of management from within our business
- have experience and current knowledge of EICR completion
