- ensure that Client processes and flows are adhered to at all times
- identify, arrange and deploy contractors to assist customers with their emergency situation in accordance with our Client requirements
Requirements
- knowledge and understanding of the claims process is an advantage
- previous high level Customer Service experience
- experience within a customer service call handing role
- previous Insurance industry experience is highly desirable but not essential
- competent in using Microsoft products and other bespoke software packages
