Responsibility

  • we are looking for a capable workshop manager to join our prestigious VW-qualified campervan conversion company
  • knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques, ISO, CoP an advantage
  • responsible for the efficiency and utilization of a team of auto technicians
  • ensuring successful planning and distribution of job cards/workflows through the workshop
  • ensuring all related administration is completed to an accurate standard
  • you will need to oversee a team of auto technicians ensure that our conversion production line and part-job bays both run smoothly. You will need to be a team player, able to work to deadlines and have the ability to use your own initiative
  • ensure accurate & timely processing of all workflows to meet compliance requirements
  • ensure rectification is documented and passed to the office team for costing
