Requirements

  • proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, Xero
  • knowledge of ecommerce system such as Shopify, GoCardless, Stripe and Paypal would be ideal
  • strong knowledge of bookkeeping processes and VAT regulations
  • excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • good communication skills to liaise with internal teams and our clients
  • fully AAT qualified or above
  • previous accountancy practice experience would be ideal

Responsibility

  • reconcile balance sheets and assist in preparation of management accounts
  • assist in the preparation of budgets and financial statements
  • assist in VAT preparation
