Responsibility
- effectively manage and maintain all HR documentation, records and systems and processes, ensuring compliance with statutory responsibilities and Company procedures
- monitoring, reviewing, creating and updating all HR policies
- maintaining accurate employee record keeping across relevant systems
- efficiently and professionally respond to all administrative and documentary requirements within the HR department
- this will include response to reference requests and other employee related administration
- processing all maternity, paternity, adoption and parental leave requests
- managing the administration of all onboarding, contractual variations and termination processes with appropriate department managers in order to maintain an accurate HR database of applicants, employees and leavers
- managing and responding to all data subject access requests
