Responsibility
- develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure favourable pricing and quality products
- preparation of payroll and purchase invoices for the Treasurer
- promote, organise and oversee club and private functions
- account for daily takings including income checks and banking of cash
- ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards
