Responsibility
- ensure CIPHER Medical recruitment and administrative policies are adhered to
- support the People & Culture Lead with recruitment admin including screening CVs, pre-employment compliance, and scheduling interviews
- management of the Recruitment inbox, including responding to enquiries and scheduling interviews with support of People & Culture Lead and HODs
- deal with telephone enquiries
- provide general office administration support, with specific admin time allocated to our Events and Education departments
- communicate with our People and clients and provide excellent customer service
- process and resolve accurately requests from customers, service users and partner organisations
- input data accurately into our internal IT Systems
