- deliver a high-quality programme of activity that is exciting, safe, varied, innovative, developmental, and directly responds to the diverse needs and interests of members Comply with all policies and procedures, with particular reference to safeguarding, codes of conduct, health and safety and equality and diversity to ensure all activities are accessible
- to actively promote the Youth Zone Ensure parents are made aware of our policy and procedures around inclusion, medication, behaviour and Data Protection Undertake and attend regular training and development sessions and events where required
- ensure the relevant paper work is completed at the induction and the information that is obtained is stored and shared accordingly
- organise and oversee member & parent/carer inductions in a timely manner
