raising purchase orders for all external services and stock purchased
working with the depot manager to process quotes and email to customers

processing orders on our computer system and general administration, including Hire Contracts, Transport notes, damage charges, and workshop job sheets

receiving and processing customer orders for Capital Sales Equipment
raising sale invoices and chasing payments from customers & finance companies
dispatching sale orders and organising delivery to the customer
checking stock and ordering accessories for the Capital Sales Equipment
creating purchase orders and chasing orders from suppliers
checking quantities and goods receiving Capital Equipment
contacting external contractors and liaising with the Depot Manager when Capital Equipment arrives
make sure all documentation is correctly stored and filed efficiently
Requirements
the role requires a keen eye for detail when inputting crucial information onto our management systems
the role requires a high level of organisation due to the volume of administration
being able to prioritise your workload effectively
you will be communicating with colleagues, suppliers and customers both verbally and via email, good communication and customer service skills is a must to succeed within this role
