Requirements
- previous experience in a bakery or kitchen environment is essential
- strong knowledge of food production techniques within the bakery industry Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations
- ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines
- A passion for baking and creating high-quality food products
- early mornings will be required
