Responsibility
- coordinate with other colleagues to support activities such as payroll, and filing of accounts
- manage key client relationships as the client lead
- use data analytics tools to discern patterns in customer spending, identify market behaviour, anticipate trends and predict regulatory reactions
- communicate seamlessly with clients, managing expectations and ensuring high-quality communication
- evaluate and enhance team processes and procedures, focusing on technology-driven efficiencies
- review team members' work, provide support and training, and manage workload
- oversee and contribute to ongoing accounting records update and financial report preparation
- plan team workload, meet deadlines, prioritise tasks, and manage resource planning
Requirements
- qualifications Qualified Chartered Accountant- ACCA, ACA
- experience- Minimum five years of relevant experience in accounting and finance
- skills- Xero cloud software and related apps, accounts production software, and tax software
- proficient in Power BI, Tableau or similar tools
- delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships
- team management, particularly coaching junior colleagues
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
