develop and deliver Charleston’s programme of creative workshops and short courses
send out proposals and artist agreements to tutors
work with Head of Programme & Events to programme workshops and courses, building a network of high-quality tutors, with an eye to unique experiences
work with Head of Programme & Events on annual budget for the programme, and track income and expenditure against targets throughout the year
leading tours of the house for workshop participants

work closely with volunteers
work with tutors on a session plan for the day, liaising with other key Charleston staff to book guides, catering and shop
Requirements
good knowledge of creative arts and different disciplines
knowledge of contemporary artists, writers, designers and makers, both locally and nationally
excellent communication skills
people and relationship building skills
strong planning and diary management skills
understanding or experience of high end or luxury service
