Responsibility
- additional adhoc duties as necessary
- to ensure provision of required documentation prior to consultations i.e. client histories
- liaise with the stock administrator to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained
- receiving payments from clients in accordance with Practice policy
- to audit and maintain patient records and update client communications within the PMS
- cover other roles or shifts during times of sickness / annual leave which may be at short notice
- support the administration team completing tasks such as insurance claim form submission, scanning of patient documents ie hospital sheets, filing, data input plus any other duties required as requested by the team
- we're looking for someone passionate about client care to join our front of house team to provide exceptional customer service at our fast paced busy veterinary practice and supporting branches, you will report to the Head Receptionist and work collaboratively with other team members, clients and colleagues to meet the needs of patients and their families throughout the client and patient journey
