Responsibility

  • training and Development
  • oversee the efficient and effective day-to-day workshop training including regular review meetings with depot managers
  • prepare and deliver training including toolbox talks and inductions across all depots
  • ensure training records are available and maintained for ongoing training programs
  • management of apprenticeship programs, including recruitment and performance management
  • management of the work experience program, including liaising with schools and obtaining feedback about their experience
  • implement training and development to ensure the strategic aims of the company are met and staff are trained to the required level
  • undertake training to become a certified trainer and deliver in-house training including Forklift Truck driving and operation, Abrasive Wheels Training
