- v Where appropriate, support the Management team to ensure that merchandising objectives, operating standards, reports and controllable costs are managed effectively
- to attend and participate in all store meetings and training events as required, ensuring good communication is maintained
- liaises frequently with customers to keep them fully informed
- to take every opportunity to capture customer data
