demonstrable success gained as a sales consultant position with a recognised brand Preferably past experience as an assistant manager position preferably in a retail environment
retail sales: 3 years
successfully able to handle multiple demands and competing priorities
Responsibility
ensure that all staff members adhere to the company policies and procedures in regards to Health and Safety in the store
to assist in the maintenance of the highest standards of visual merchandising, presentation and house-keeping standards in the Store. Following the companies’ guidelines and making recommendations where appropriate. Having a keen eye for detail
liaises frequently with customers to keep them fully informed
support the Manager to ensure there is effective and consistent communication to all team members regarding the Store performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
to contribute to the assigned store productivity, sales and productivity goals ensuring that they are met or exceeded
to ensure that stock levels are regularly reviewed to maintain data integrity within the Store and therefore maximise sales. Including support with the preparation and execution of regular stock takes
take steps to ensure that the company property and stock is secure and implement full security checks to ensure that company procedures and processes are being carried out
