Responsibility
develop and implement effective communication strategies for various events
coordinate with event planning teams to promote events and engage attendees
manage all event communications, including email campaigns, social media posts, press releases, and event descriptions
create and distribute event-related content such as newsletters, event calendars, and promotional materials
monitor and analyse the effectiveness of communication strategies and make necessary adjustments
coordinate with media and press to promote events
ensure that all communications adhere to the organisation’s brand and style guidelines
coordinate all public relations activities
Requirements
an awareness of the UK Audit and Assurance market is preferable, but not essential
proven experience in communications, marketing, or related field
excellent written and verbal communication skills
experience with social media platforms and email marketing software
excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
excellent communication skills, and be able to promote events, engage attendees, and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth communication before, during, and after events
have a solid understanding of effective public relations strategies, superb written and oral communication skills, and can adapt to the rapidly changing nature of the media landscape
