Requirements
- proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role, preferably in the MEP industry but not essential
- strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- proficient in office software and tools, including MS Office Suite
- exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency
- ability to analyse data and make informed decisions
- flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
