Responsibility
- delegate communication before, during and after events, including email and phone enquiries
- setting up the lecture space and assisting lecturers with audio and visual equipment
- preparing the clinical skills lab, including surgical materials and instruments
- delegate registration, organising the provision of refreshments and catering throughout the day
- reset the skills lab after events, including cleaning surgical instruments and disposal of clinical waste
- basic database and website management
- general administration duties
Requirements
- customer service focus
- good communication skills and proactive attitude
- experience of veterinary or clinical setting advantageous but not essential
- attention to detail
- basic computer skills

- pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
