Responsibility
- manage the handover of Shipment samples to the Warehouse Team
- assist with the monitoring and management of the critical path, ensuring critical path is kept updated and that any sample approvals/ rejections are communicated to the Merchandising department
- liaise with the Warehouse, Merchandising and Customer Services teams to resolve any QC issues arising in bulk deliveries, either from 10% QC checks or faulty items reaching the customer; agreeing an action plan of how to proceed and ensuring suppliers are informed of any issues and we have written agreement to cover any associated costs prior to any action being taken
- managing fit comments & garment details
- booking fit model accordingly and approving subsequent invoices
