technical support engineer
Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- manage and support solar project developments where engineering input is required
- review and prepare technical documents including specifications, reports, proposals, and calculations
- provide technical support to customers and internal teams
- technical assessment of PV products/Batteries/EV chargers
- promote CCL’s solar services in a business development role
- other ad hoc activities as and when required
- act as an interface between sales and operations staff to manage the relationship with key clients
- working alongside the marketing team to create technical blogs/material for online publication
Education
- bachelor's
Requirements
- degree or above in engineering, science-based subject
- previous experience working with DNO’s
- A knowledge of solar energy technology, inverters, batteries and projects
- previous experience in the development, construction, and operation of solar energy projects
- the ability to produce high quality technical reports to predefined deadlines
- academic background in solar PV technology
- competent user of key Microsoft packages
- foreign language skills
