Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- maintain a pleasant attitude while answering all inbound calls and addressing customer or sales team needs
- answer all customer email inquiries promptly to resolve any complaint or issue while maintaining customer satisfaction
- support sales team by completing and processing orders and keeping staff informed of any issues with delivery
- provide all necessary data to senior management upon request
- establish active communication and engagement with all other departments to support where necessary
Requirements
- SQA Highers/ A-Levels, equivalent or above
- ability to assist the sales team with any additional ad hoc tasks as required with a can-do attitude
- excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone etiquette
- excellent skills in data entry, including basic numeracy and reporting skills
- attention to detail is necessary as well as being a people person with excellent customer service skills/knowledge
- an ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- an ability to work independently and within a team
- good administrative skills
