Responsibility
- we are looking for an experienced self employed bar manager to help open the business and build a team
- oversee the daily operations of the bar, including managing staff and ensuring excellent customer service
- develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests
- train and supervise bar staff, including bartenders and servers
- kraft Brighton is an exciting new opening in the circus street development and will be a cool cafe by daytime and cocktail burger bar by night
- monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements
- previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting
- strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team
- ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- supervising experience: 1 year
- bar management: 1 year
- hospitality: 1 year
