sales support executive
Responsibility
- using a call list, you will make daily outbound calls to your customers
- have a clear agenda on why you’re calling and what you are selling
- close the sale and gain orders from the customers
- gather and report back any intel gained from these calls
- there may also be some travel and overnight stays required with this role as we will be attending customer trade shows
- gain an understanding of our core range of products so you can discuss on the calls
- this role is office based but we are flexible of the hours and days that you work
- work with other departments to build up a portfolio of lines that can be sold outside of the core range
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- experience of making outbound is preferred but not essential
- A self-starter with the ability to work in a proactive manner
- ability to communicate professionally internally and externally
- direct sales: 2 years
- outbound calling: 2 years
