CATCH RESOURCE MANAGEMENT is looking for employees for positions:
payroll
Responsibility
- ensure accurate and timely delivery of payroll services ensuring compliance with business and legal requirements; manage vendor relationships
- deliver an excellent employee experience and respond to payroll operations queries
- complete payroll reconciliations
- lead the payroll governance controls including Payroll audits, sign offs, security routines
- attend the monthly payroll governance group and provide payroll scorecard data and risks for the countries supported
- process all payroll operations timely and accurately to country legislation
- engage with a range of stakeholders such as HRBPs, Reward CoE, Financial Shared Services, outsourced payroll providers, and the wider HRSS teams
- delivery of any regulatory or compliance changes
Requirements
- payroll processing and legislation experience
- knowledge of EMEA/Russia countries Payroll processing
- previous experience managing multiple payrolls would be highly beneficial
- shadow payrolls for Expat management
- benefits administration
- strong written and verbal communication
- high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- A continuous improvement mindset to improve process and service
