Requirements
- educated to 'A'level or above - Essential
- experience in a busy administrative role - Essential
- working towards a CIPD qualification or similar - Desirable
- experience of working in a HR or recruitment department - Desirable
- A keen interest in HR & Employment Law - Knowledge
Responsibility
- you will focus on the onboarding of new joiners into the Head Office departments, carrying out pre-employment screening for all new starters - supporting with all the onboarding checks, including the induction of new starters, providing support to hiring managers where needed and providing timely updates to ensure the process runs as efficiently and quickly as possible
