Treat this company with Ceri Jonathan & Paul Griffiths with extreme caution!
They owe many people money as well as myself. They talk the talk very well but please do not hand over money until your work is complete and you are happy.
You can find out more about them on Companies House x-ray south Wales Argos and Google. They also go under many companies names such as this one , Penalta Solutions, Apex Glass Balastrades , South Wales Balastrades, Caerphilly Building, landscaping Solutions, JJ Construction and probably more .

Ceri Jonathan has a very chequered past. I will list all of the company connections below from since I have had dealings with him:

When I was trying to get hold of Ceri when he had gone into hiding many years back, a phone call to Francis after tracking him down, prompted a phone call from Ceri.

You will notice that between all the companies there are three main people, Ceri who sometimes uses his middle name but not all his previous companies are linked, Jayne Jonathan who is Ceri’s wife and Jac Jonathan who is his son.
JAC also has a company that looks about to fold Jac J Construction (Co No. 11841588)
One thing that is not mentioned in all this is that Ceri was suspended as a director for 6 years around the period of May 2018 to May 2024.
I am sure that with the above information along with all the stories in the newspapers, it is quite clear to see just what type of person you are dealing with, not forgetting his complicit family members.
For those who are wondering, Ceri took thousand of pounds from the company I worked for during covid times telling us that the who of Wales were on lockdown and were not able to go to work but then plastered his holiday photo’s all over facebook so I feel qualified to have the opinion on such a vile family

*DO NOT BOOK ANY WORK THROUGH THIS COMPANY* My mother booked these to carry out some work and naively paid in full in advance. It's been nothing but a string of lies and broken promises for months. Further investigation reveals that the Company Director, Ceri Jonathan, has form for this in the past, and it's only a matter of time until this company is dissolved and reborn under a new name

I would give this company zero stars but it seems I cannot select lower than one star. I seem to be the second person who this company have taken the money and run. The owner always has an excuse or messages to state I am the number one priority and then never replies or never turns up.
