Requirements

  • our ideal candidate must be computer literate, a pet lover, a multi-tasker and have exceptional customer service experience
  • previous experience in the veterinary profession is advantageous but not essential as training is provided
  • we are looking for a Receptionist who shares our team values, has a strong work ethic, the ability to consistently provide excellent patient and client care
  • veterinary Receptionist: 1 year
  • customer Service: 1 year

Responsibility

  • add new client details fully onto computer system
  • keep the Reception area clean and tidy at all times
  • ensure invoices are correct and any adjustments have been added
  • call all missed appointments to re-schedule
